John was able to secure dishwasher, find lights for the bathroom and recaulked the bath in area where it was stained. Very much appreciated his work and refreshing attitude.

Had a plumbing clog and leak from the bathroom sink. The new maintenance guy John did a great job unclogging the sink and replaced a cracked pipe. He was very friendly. 5 stars!
