From beginning to the end of the move in process was amazing. I mostly dealt with Anaya(Hoped I spelled correctly) and she was so detailed and thorough. I moved 2000 miles from West Virginia to Tucson and from Day one the staff has been absolutely amazing. Very Professional but at the same time like family- the ones you invite to Christmas. Been here for a full month now and Swinging by the office to grab a cup of coffee is a joy. Genuinely Good Hearted People. Can not recommend enough.

I Had the chance to work at this complex cleaning the fireplaces and it was a great experience.Anaya since the first day we walked in had everything ready for us keys on point and was on point if we needed anything.Shes easy to work with great communication always in a happy mood and ready to help on anything we need.She went the extra mile to make sure our work was easy for us.Love working on this property.She loves doing what she does thats for sure

I had a great experience touring this apartment community. The staff were very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable — they answered all my questions and made the process easy. Special thanks to Anaya for being especially helpful and informative throughout the tour. Highly recommend checking this place out!

We’ve moved into this place recently, and the minor things we’ve needed to have taken a look at was promptly taken care of. I put a notice in and Zachery came in to fix our bathroom fan and dishwasher about a couple hours later or so! He let us know what the issue was and how he fixed it, and it’s great knowing the people working on our place actually know what they’re doing and can explain to you what they’ve done and what the issue was. I’ve definitely enjoyed living here thus far. Will update you guys in a few months!

I lived at pinnacle Heights for 3 years I moved to Tucson from St. Louis. So it was definitely a huge move for me. When I was looking around pinnacle heights was the only apartment complex that caught my eyes! It’s a gorgeous with great amenities. The staff was wonderful and always made me feel welcome. If my job ever moves me back to Tucson this will be the place I would choose to live at again!

My wife and I are looking for a place in Tucson, and came across Pinnacle. The apartments themselves appear clean and very well kept. Our 'host' Araceli was pleasant, and did everything to make sure that all of our questions were answered, including follow up to make sure that the application process was moving forward smoothly.
