I lived here for 2 years, and for a vast majority of the time it was great living. The rent has gone up since I left about 4 months ago, although if you can afford it, then you're sure to have an easy life here. Probably the best part is that it's in a great area. Several times, I forgot to close my door all the way and the wind would blow it open, and it would be left open over night, and nothing bad ever happened. The other tenants seemed like good people. There's ample parking. The staff (at least, the ones who were there 5 months ago) were great. The fitness room seemed a bit lacking, as it didn't have any adjustable weights that you'd normally use for deadlifts, squats etc. They always asked for permission to enter before entering (at least as far as I know :P). I could sometimes faintly hear people from other units through the walls, but that's probably about as good as you can get from any given apartment.
The only maintenance issues I ever had maintenance responded to very quickly. There were some ants and loud crickets that got into my unit, which was annoying to deal with for a few days. I could have asked the management team for help but I was able to solve the pest issues myself. That was about the worst that ever happened for pest issues.
