Super nice staff. Sabrina helped make the cross country move easier for us by making the process simple. Javier and Miles are super helpful, and they always answer the plethora of questions I have, too. The property manager, can't remember her name- sorry!, is incredibly nice as well. Very nice area. Beautiful views. Amazing pool and workout room. Can't complain one bit.

I love love my apartment and the views! 😍 I also had the best service from the moment I walked in, thank you all for my awesome welcome to Tucson! 🥰

If there could be a "more than 5 star" review, we would give that to Isaac. He has addressed all of our maintenance requests in a prompt and knowledgable manner and always with a cheerful attitude. Isaac is part of the reason we are happy to call Pinnacle Heights home.

Isaac has been a very reliable maintenance person who takes care of maintenance in very efficient manner and on time.

I spent about a week touring different apartment complexes around Tucson until settling on Pinnacle Heights. The staff is incredibly attentive to every concern, from a blinking fire alarm light, to a clogged toilet. But that's not why I chose them. The view from the apartment is unparalleled, and if you want to live in Tucson and actually see the beautiful mountains every day, this is the only (affordable, within driving distance to downtown) place I've come across. Also, the staff adores my dog.

One of the important components of service is that it is consistent. More importantly consistent good or excellent service. The maintenance service at Pinnacle Heights fits that bill. Isaac, their maintenance employee, has given us exceptional service without exception. From the other comments that I have read his service is consistently exceptional.

I moved to Tucson from Washington state about two years ago, due to a job transfer. At that time, I rented at Pinnacle Heights sight unseen, I have to say that I am very pleased with my decision to rent here. One of the things I love is that they are pet friendly here and I have met tons of other dog owners while walking my dog around the complex. Isaac, one of the maintenance workers has been in my apartment for repairs a couple of times and has always been kind and professional. As far as the office staff, I have had a great experience with the entire staff. They are friendly and attentive to my concerns and always address them in a timely manner. Although there were some challenges we all had to deal with during COVID last year such as the fitness center and the pool being shut down, The manager Monica did a great job of keeping everyone informed as to how things were progressing so we always knew what was going on. Pinnacle Heights is a wonderful place to live and I definitely recommend living here.
