Isaac from Maintenance came by this morning to fix our kitchen ceiling light. When he was done, he asked if we had any other issues in the apartment. I told him that we have been having a problem with a shower handle for the past several months, but no one here had been able to fix it. Isaac diagnosed the problem immediately, went and got the needed part to fix it, and had in done within 20 minutes. He also took the time to explain exactly what the problem was and how he addressed it. To top it off, he noticed that our front door wasn't closing properly, and took the time to fix it on the spot. This is the type of customer service that you hope for in these situations, but do not always get. It is also the type of service that raises residents' satisfaction levels considerably. Pinnacle Heights is fortunate to have Isaac on staff.

I have lived at Pinnacle Heights since 2015. I moved here because of the location near Sabino Canyon and the overall sense of community here in this area. Even though they have undergone a change in management it is still a great place to live. Monica the manager has been very professional throughout the the transition and she is making great improvements to the property. We also have a beautiful workout center and clubhouse. Cassandra and Tony are also very professional and helpful and have made my experience here top notch! The maintenance department get my requests handled in a timely fashion. There have been some challenges and minor inconveniences due to Covid but we have followed all the guidelines. I would absolutely recommend this place for anyone looking for an apartment in beautiful community close to Sabino Canyon.

I moved into Pinnacle Heights more than a year ago from Washington state. I absolutely love living here because the staff is so attentive to my needs. Last year when COVID 19 hit I had to start working from home. I love the fact that it is very quiet and peaceful here which allows me to focus more on my work. The one challenge I have is not having access to the gym in the evening because it closes after business hours. Otherwise, I couldn't think of a better place to live in Tucson and will recommend this place to anyone I come across who is looking for a place to live.

For the second time, Isaac came over to fix a few things that needed attention. Like the first time, he was courteous, efficient, friendly and willing. He's a gem. Give the man a raise!!!!

**EDIT: my husband and I are now entering our 7th year here. Yes it’s still gorgeous-I have never seen mountains so close-and staff is still communicative (if not more) and maintenance is remains great. But none of that encompasses the kindness, generosity, and patience of the office staff: Monica Strozier Community Manager, Anaya Alvarez Assistant Manger, and Hadi Leasing Consultant. My husband is ill and can no longer go up steps very easily. However we did not want to leave Pinnacle. They not only agreed to transferring us to a ground level but made the process seamless; all while holding my hand or sometimes a hug :) I have known Monica since she helped us relocate here from Denver. She is always professional and knowledgeable while being affable and sweet. We have had other office staff over the years but Anaya and Hadi are by far the best! I’ve never met such warm and caring people. Monica and Anaya have suffered through all the kinks of my applying with humor and persistence. I lived in apartments my whole life but I’ve never met a team like this! Beautiful, peaceful apartment complex. We've lived here almost 3 years now and have found staff to be friendly and responsive. Staff maintains regular updates through emails so you always know what's going on in the community. Maintenance works really hard, particularly Tristin A. who went out of his way to update us on an issue.

I moved in recently and my experience has been super positive! The staff was friendly and hands on in showing me the units (where as a lot of housing companies are utilizing a very absent process where they email you the address and expect you to see yourself out) but they also maintained social distancing protocol and wore masks. The landscaping is beautiful, the neighborhood is quiet, and the units are spacious and well kept despite being 25 years old. I would have thought that these units were built in the last 10 years personally. There’s no frustrating gates but the community feels very safe and the staff is quick and efficient with repairs. The view is also quiet beautiful as well as the architecture of the buildings. Highly recommend this property.

I am so very happy in my new apartment at Pinnacle Heights! I moved in to my apartment last month and it was in pristine condition. In fact, my entire renting process was a seamless, professional experience by the wonderful management team here. I had originally needed a 2 bedroom, and then needed to switch to a 1; they went with the flow and always provided customer service beyond expectations. The pool, clubhouse, and all common grounds are impeccably maintained. My neighborhood community is the best. I could not have found a better home.
