Exceptional!
Came in on Friday 5 July 2024. Anaya Alvarez was my guide through the beautiful complex. Extremely considerate of me and my disability. Anaya answered several questions and explained many details. She has made this apartment complex and another very difficult to choose between. Overall great experience. Thanks Anaya!

Hadi A. gave my girlfriend and I a tour of the apartments today and this was by far the best tour we have ever been on. Hadi was super friendly and welcoming from the minute we walked in the office, he was smiling/waving at all the residents knowing most of them by name. He took us through 3 apartments making sure we knew exactly what we wanted. Checked out 2 other apartments and none of them compared to Pinnacle or Hadi. Looking forward to seeing Hadi in the future (:

We got the pleasure of touring the property with Anaya. She was so professional, helpful, and patient. The property was beautiful. There are great amenities and we loved it!

I had scheduled two apartment tours on the day I toured pinnacle heights. Pinnacle heights was my first tour and after I saw how gorgeous these apartments were I knew this is where I wanted to live. Anaya Alvarez did such an amazing job explaining every detail, very helpful, answered every question. She is the sweetest and went out of her way to make sure we had the best experience in looking for our new home.

Only did a tour. Hadi was very helpful and kind. Definitely on my short list for my next apartment. Can't beat the price for this location. Clubhouse is very nice. Apartments are in good shape.

Toured Pinnacle Heights today while on our apartment hunting journey. Had the opportunity to work with Hadi who was knowledgeable and happy to answer all of our questions. He showed us a few different units and was interested to help us find what fit our needs best.

Apartment hunting with Mr. Almaliky was PHENOMENAL at Pinnacle Heights! He is very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. The golf cart for touring was broken so we took off walking, and we had so much fun. This gave us time to talk business while letting in some humor as well. He was very professional from the start to finish. We are so BLESSED to have had him as our tour guide today. We are so excited that our daughter can call Pinnacle Heights home for the next year. The place is absolutely beautiful with great amenities.
