Excellent maintenance response!
Our microwave stopped cooking thoroughly and we submitted a maintenance request. John came over the next day and evaluated the condition of the microwave. He informed me we would receive a new microwave. In less than 4 days we had a new microwave. The maintenance team responds quickly. John was respectful, and courteous. He took care to clean up after installation. Thank you John.

We had been experiencing issues with our hot water since we moved in about 5 months ago, John was very quick to assess the issue and put an order in for a new water heater. Isaac installed it shortly after. Thank you !
