Fast service, great amenities, friendly staff! Glad to call this home! I had some maintenance issues, it got resolved the same day. Overall experience with leasing office was phenomenal! The community is clean, and the neighborhood is friendly. They have monthly events for the community, food trucks that come up to the neighborhood, what more can I ask for!

Special shout-out to HADI A. for guiding me through the Heights, and uniquely prioritizing all the aspects of an apartment I'm looking for. Highly highly recommend looking into Pinnacle Heights if you're seeking a quiet fortress in Tuscon!

The Team is Awesome
I moved in and had difficulty getting my internet set up because the company didn’t add me to the schedule. Anaya went out of her way to assist me. She immediately reached out to the company and within an hour, I had internet and TV was working. She is an awesome person that always goes above and beyond to see that the residents are taken care of. Also, I called and reported an item for a work order. Monica took the call and the work order was completed within 24 hours. Everyone is always professional, pleasant and personable. I really love living here.
